This beautiful, secluded 10 acre farm, barn and house is loaded with charm …3 foot thick stone walls, original 14” pine flooring, chestnut beams harvested right off the property, creating the perfect environment for stress-free airbnb’ing.

Everything echoes back to a simpler time and lifestyle-yet the space includes all the amenities you’ve come to love. Nothing was forgotten in this renovation…your comfort being the top goal! THEMED BEDROOMS THE ADAMS ROOM Nothing releases stress faster than the rolling hills of Pennsylvania, as you come over the hill, take in the grand stone house, the meadow, the pond, the barn the stream, the woods…your “down time” has begun. After parking near the barn the easy touchpad access code (provided the day of your arrival) gives you immediate entry to your 2nd floor private bedroom, the house shared spaces, and all its amenities. (Note: we book up to 3 farmhouse bedrooms at any one time so there may be other guests during your stay.) Upon arrival you’ll find a complimentary bottle of wine (21 and over), stocked coffee/tea bar, water dispenser, and mini-fridge drinks, as well as local trip recommendation guides.

You also might enjoy the little details we have seen to such as the "add on bidet" in the first floor bathroom, convenient outlets in the bedrooms for charging all your electronics, and providing kindling for the fire pit and woods stove. If you forget anything we have provided a basket of toiletries in the 2nd floor bath for your convenience. Guests tell us the peaceful sphere and "grounding" feeling they get staying in an old stone farmhouse, in a country setting, was more exquisite and reflective than they imagined.

We are 10 minutes from the college town of Kutztown-a happening place with THE BAGEL CAFE, coffee shops, diners and the Renninger Farmers Market. With the "his and her" electric bikes (20 mile range) access to country roads goes to a whole new level. A favorite ride is to the newly refurbished Dreibelbis Covered Bridge-a must see.
